and meditation and more.

You experientially explore yourself

giving yourself permission,

accessing aspects of yourself

that you may have never known existed and or which has been repressed /supressed.

Creating a safe space to discover

Who am I ?

What do I need,

for me ?

What does it feel like when

I explore a new attitude? accompinied by a new behavior?

Conciously chosen actions,

instead of unconcious / concious

patterned response, reactions.

How do I enjoy expressing myself

and freely so,

in respectful relationship to myself

and others.

Being true to who I am,

not needing anyones permission to be whoever

I need and want to be.

Non comparatively / non competively

Definitely upon a playful and deep

journey that takes you

potentially through the unknown of human expression

and into a new and self lliberated realm of bliss.

What do you have to risk?

nor the....

expect you to be

for them.

Most people live their lives

or a great portion of it,

trying to find themselves.

Often,

falling again and again

into being things for others.

Most people unfortunately since birth are not actively supported in discovering who they are

and whats right for themselves.

Instead people are endoctrinated,

coerced through the use of fear and force,

media propaganda

exploited,

socially pressured

manipulated....

into being what others want you to be

to fulfll their needs.

They do not have to live with the consequences

of you being who, acting upon their influences,

only you do!!!

Be yourself

Discover who you are

What is right for you

within relationship to yourself

and others.

Its your choice n no one elses.

Its your life!

You are free to be whoever

you conciously chose to be!

Being responsibile for and unto yourself.

Meditation classes

We do not stop exisiting
nor stop functionaing
just because we have conciously chosen
to switch our focus from thinking
to BEING.

BEING.

In Silence

In Stillness

thought,
which is knowledge
is the mimicing of what has come to us
from external sources,
from others.

Thought is not from our own internal,
intimate wisdom
which comes from our own experiences.

We have not experienced what is knowledge .

Knowledge is the accumilation of others self expression of their experiences.

Wisdom is that which is naturally created and occuring within us
through our own direct experience of ourselves
and our relationships to other beings.

Being in meditation,
you are silent and still within...

...then there is space for wisdom to arise.

Observations may arise too,
though
without the limitations of the superficiality of intellectual understanding.
hence,
labeling and defining everything around us including ourselves.

Nothing in the natural world
labels nor defines itself
as we do it.

Modern humans live in a societal
and self perpetuated lie,
illusion.

We seriously limit and obscured our relationship to ourselves
and to other beings by labeling n defining.

Instead there is
Direct experiential understanding!

It has nothing to do with intellectual understanding and the mind.

I offer courses in Meditation.

I began meditation when I was 8 years old,
along with my father,

I have been consistantly practicing meditation for 40 + years.

Self empowerment is one aspect
of meditation.

Self observation,
without the mental narration,
nor labeling and defining.

Simply, observing n discovering.

As true of other beings,
observation,
observing things as they are.

When you do conciously chose to think,
you have the freedom,
the choice
to focus
upon which thoughts you wish,
part of creating your own reality

I will be sharing with you
a diversity of meditative approaches.

You will experientially discover
which are natural for you,
which one(s) you chose to use to practice meditation as often or as rarely as you like.

From focusing upon our breathing
and feelings,
to using harmonic over tones,
from music accompanied meditation
to creative visualisation influenced meditation...

within nature,
the office,
in the home,
in relationship to yourself
and in relationship with others.

If you chose,
into every single aspect of yourself
and your life.

Please contact us if you are interested in private sessions.
We will post dates and times of upcoming group meditiation classes.

5 Ritmos / Ecstatic Dans (Therapeutic Movement Course)

I integrate into my movement workshops aspects of 5 Rhythms / Ecstatic dance,

however, I weave much more therapeutic aspects into the workshop

For those of you new to 5 Rhythms / Ecstatic dance heres a description.

5  Rhythms  is a movement meditation practice devised by Gabrielle Roth.

It draws from indigenous and world traditions using tenets of  shamanistic, ecstatic, mystical and eastern philosophy.

It also draws from Gestalt therapy,  the human potential movement and transpersonal psychology.

Fundamental to the practice is the idea that everything is energy, and moves in waves, patterns and rhythms.

The practice is a soul journey, by moving the body, releasing the heart, and freeing the mind,

one can connect to the essence of the soul, the source of inspiration in which an individual has unlimited possibility and potential.

The five rhythms (in order) are flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness.

The five rhythms, when danced in sequence, are known as a "Wave."

Longer workshops may, according to The Dancing Path, explore emotion, the cycle of life, the ego, relationships and spiritual vision

The work is taught through a series of maps that explore the terrain of the inner and outer worlds of individuals, their relationships to others and the space around them.

The maps offer a soul journey by exploring embodiment, emotions, the life cycle, the psyche, and the archetypes.

The rhythms offer understanding of people's innate powers – being, loving, knowing, seeing and healing.

The first map, "Waves" teaches embodiment of the five distinct rhythms.

To embody the rhythms means to access the deep internal wisdom that human bodies contain.

The "Heartbeat" map teaches how people have embodied and how they express the emotions of fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion;

while the "Cycles" map provides insight and understanding about how one has internalized conditioning and relationships throughout the life cycle, specifically in the stages of birth, childhood, puberty, maturity and death. Insight and understanding of the ego is delivered through the psyche map, "Mirrors".

Chi Gong

Qigong comprises a diverse set of practices that coordinate body (調身), breath (調息), and mind (調心) based on Chinese philosophy. Practices include moving and still meditation, massage, chanting, sound meditation, and non-contact treatments, performed in a broad array of body postures.

Qigong is commonly classified into two foundational categories: 1) dynamic or active qigong (dong gong), with slow flowing movement; and 2) meditative or passive qigong (jing gong), with still positions and inner movement of the breath.

From a therapeutic perspective, qigong can be classified into two systems: 1) internal qigong, which focuses on self-care and self-cultivation, and; 2) external qigong, which involves treatment by a therapist who directs or transmits qi.

As moving meditation, qigong practice typically coordinates slow stylized movement, deep diaphragmatic breathing, and calm mental focus, with visualization of guiding qi through the body. While implementation details vary, generally qigong forms can be characterized as a mix of four types of practice: dynamic, static, meditative, and activities requiring external aids.

  • Dynamic practice

involves fluid movement, usually carefully choreographed, coordinated with breath and awareness.

As a form of gentle exercise, qigong is composed of movements that are typically repeated, strengthening and stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial, and lymph), enhancing balance and proprioception, and improving the awareness of how the body moves through space.

  • Static practice

involves holding postures for sustained periods of time. In some cases this bears resemblance to the practice of Yoga and its continuation in the Buddhist tradition.

  • Meditative practice

utilizes breath awareness, visualization, mantra, chanting, sound, and focus on philosophical concepts such as qi circulation, aesthetics. In traditional Chinese medicine and Daoist practice, the meditative focus is commonly on cultivating qi in dantian energy centers and balancing qi flow in meridian and other pathways.

In various Buddhist traditions, the aim is to still the mind, either through outward focus, for example on a place, or through inward focus on the breath, a mantra, a koan, emptiness, or the idea of the eternal. In the Confucius scholar tradition, meditation is focused on humanity and virtue, with the aim of self-enlightenment

  • Use of external agents

Many systems of qigong practice include the use of external agents such as ingestion of herbs, massage, physical manipulation, or interaction with other living organisms. For example, specialized food and drinks are used in some medical and Daoist forms, whereas massage and body manipulation are sometimes used in martial arts forms. In some medical systems a qigong master uses non-contact treatment, purportedly guiding qi through his or her own body into the body of another person.

Qigong, qi gong, chi kung, or chi gung (literally: "Life Energy Cultivation") is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as "life energy".

According to Daoist, Buddhist, and Confucian philosophy, respectively, qigong allows access to higher realms of awareness, awakens one's "true nature", and helps develop human potential.

Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind.

Research concerning qigong has been conducted for a wide range of medical conditions, including hypertension, pain, and cancer treatment.

Re / Learning the Silent and Sounded Languages of Nature

Direct experiential understanding!

Nothing which humans label and define
be it with our narritive mind,
in writing,
in speaking,
in any form of abstractions...

Nothing which humans label and define
labels and defines it self as we do.
Humans live in a lie,
in an illusion.

We limit our relationships and inderstanding to ourselves and other beings through the worship and over use practice of the intellectual mind.

" But how would humans communicate with one another ,
if we did not speak, did not write, did not use abstractions, symbols?"

I respond,
How does nature communicate?

It is time for re/learning the silent and sounded languages of nature!

Civilised humans are the ONLY creatures originally of nature who can no longer communicate directly with one another and with other beings of nature.

Such isolationist practices is in part why many humans treat nature abusively, exploitively...
for those individuals do not have a direct intimate, sacred and necessary experiential understanding /relationship with nature.

Besides living in artificle environments,
in over sensory stimulation,
being programmed and indoctrinated
removed from your home ,
which is nature and not being in constant relationship with nature,
living in equality,
learning from nature,
immersed in your own true nature
and living as nature intended us to live.

You and I ,
every human being are born with the innate gift to communicate experientially or directly
with all beings of nature.
We simply have not been supported to develop this in born ability within ourselves and in relationship to one another.

Imagine living in a world where human were.

Imagine yourself and your life, if you were!

Beyond Empathy.
Upcoming Workshops Dates, Times, Locations and Costs.
